The EDR Summit is offering dedicated space to exhibitors interested in displaying their products and/or services. The EDR Summit is a proven, targeted audience consisting of decision makers in law enforcement, accident reconstruction, engineering, insurance and legal services.
Last year we had 300+ attendees with a break-down of 55% law enforcement and 40% accident reconstruction/investigation.
This is your opportunity to network with customers while updating and informing them of what your product/service has to offer. The vendor area is located immediately outside of the conference meeting area and is designed to maximize foot traffic by hosting all breaks directly around the exhibitor area.

The EDR Summit exhibitor area is located immediately outside the main entrance to the presentation room. Attendees will have plenty of time to visit every booth and spend time learning about your product or service. All conference breaks are set up in the exhibitor area to maximize attendee traffic.
Exhibitor Set-up: March 3, 2019 after 5:00 PM
Exhibitor Break-down: March 6, 2019 After 12:00 PM
Typical attendance is approximately 250-300 attendees with a break-down of 55% law enforcement, 40% crash reconstruction / investigation.

Exhibitor Refund Policy
Refunds are available for paid registrations canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of the event. A $45 processing fee will be charged for each canceled registration. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via US Mail, Fax or email. No tuition refunds are offered less than 30 days before the starting date of the event due to contractual agreements with third party vendors.
